M. Christian is currently seeking gay male erotic short stories for his anthology project The Wildest Ones: Hot Biker Tales. Here's your chance to explore the erotic allure of the outlaw biker. This anthology is going to be a down and dirty, mean and nasty, hot oil, grease, leathers, colors, jeans, surly, kick-ass, high-octane, and burn rubber kind of book.

Stories can be in any style and genre but must always be gay male in orientation and explore the erotic power of the outlaw biker. These are to be straight up, no-shit, biker stories: orgies, trains, and all kinds of general nastiness. These are to be stories about being the meanest, the nastiest thing on the highway - and all the fun that implies.

However, please no underage characters, really excessive violence, or incest. Also, do not use the names of any past or present biker organizations or individuals - fictional groups or people only!

Stories can be about bikers of all kinds: Historical, humorous, sarcastic, deconstructive, true-to-life, transgressive, mean-ass, and/or just plain weird, but always must incite a reader to put on leathers, hop on a hog, and head out for a kick-ass time on the road. SUBMISSION GUIDELINES FOR BOTH BOOKS

We're looking for unique, imaginative stories that express passion without inhibition. We seek diversity and indeed encourage stories about all ethnic backgrounds. Writers are encouraged to be bold and take chances. The following types of writing will be accepted: short stories, erotica, true confessions, and essays (sorry, no poetry).

Deadline for both anthologies is April 1, 2003.

Logistical guidelines:

-Pennames allowed. If you story is accepted, we will need your legal name for contract purposes (kept confidential).

-Stories may be submitted via email only. We prefer Word text files emailed as attachments, but accept any text file or submissions pasted in the body of your email (if interested parties do not own a computer, we suggest free access at your local library or paid access from a company like Kinko’s).

-Files should be named the following way: Yourlastname.Yourstorytitle

-On page one of your submission, please include your name and all relevant contact info you feel comfortable giving. ***email will be the primary way we contact you. We need your most reliable email address. ***

-Submission deadline is April 1, 2003. Authors chosen will be paid an amount comparable to the going rate for anthologies and given 1 copy of the book.

Creative guidelines:

-Shorter stories preferred. These are an anthologies, not novellas or novels. The idea is to include as many different stories as possible. 1000-5000 words is ideal.

We encourage:

-Stories that have a catchy title that is either hot, sexy, sexual, teasing, intriguing, daring, fun or funny (something that will make people browsing the table of contents want to buy this book).

-Stories that come from honest point of view and not one of "I’m here to try to entertain you and make you hot with a sex story."

-Stories that don’t read like typical porn, unless that porn is very, very good!

-Stories that reveal something about the author, the characters or the subject matter through honesty.

-Stories that reveal something about why we love the subject matter (sports or men with meat on their bones).

-Stories that are daring in nature, especially by taking the reader somewhere new or giving a fresh, new spin on an old theme.

-Stories where the author tells us something he may not share with others...secret passions not readily shared can be very revealing about you and the reader.

-Stories that don’t require a lot of editing or "fixing." Please proofread your work thoroughly and make sure the physical presentation is as professional as possible. Correct grammar and spell-checking help make a presentation professional.

-Stories where it seems like the author actually read the call for submissions themes and requirements.

Content: Explicit sexual imagery is preferred. Writing must be sensual, preferably food or sex-oriented, thoughtful, emotion-provoking, dimensional and intelligent. Our focus is on indulgence and sensuality, but we are also looking for gender issues, alternative lifestyles, educational pieces and commentaries. No particular restrictions on profanity, except for the following suggestions:

Words We Don't Like: Please avoid using the word "boobs" for breasts in erotica. "Cum" as a verb is spelled "Come" and "i" is spelled "I" even in domination scenarios. Male and female ejaculate may be referred to the slang term as "cum" but remember that it is a noun, not a verb. Try to stick to the words "cock, dick, balls, pussy, sex, clit and cunt" to describe genitalia. We are not adamant about this genitalia labeling rule, but it's worth considering.

Length: should be a maximum of 3000 words. We prefer less: shorter is better.

ALL GENDERS AND ORIENTATIONS ACCEPTED: queer, gay, lesbian, straight, transexual, bisexual, onanism, fetish, BDSM and more. We LOVE "gritty and real" and we like diversity.

PLEASE DO NOT SEND: Romance, rhyming poetry, Penthouse Forum-style Porn, vampire stories, scat stories, rape stories, tales that consist of one long play-by-play sex scene, snuff stories. Writing with underage characters in a sexual situation, and all non-consensual sex scenarios are not acceptable. Please do not send photos, art or any attachments without a query.

Editorial Policy: We hold the right to edit all accepted submissions, however please spell check and grammar check any work submitted. We realize contributors are vital to our organization; we deeply value and respect authors. We strive to showcase talent in various forms and in countless, unique voices. Send Me Your Stories And Ideas!

I'm looking for essays/articles that will inspire and/or instruct other porn writers. Success stories, how to break into certain markets, unique views on the genre, etc. Around 800 words is good, although I'm flexible.

I'd love articles on specific markets. There are so many sub-genres of porn and it's hard to know the subtleties of each. If you've got a specialty, from BDSM to Watersports to Leg Sex to Amputeeism, feel free to share your knowledge.

You can either suggest a topic (query) or send something whole. I'll get back to you within a week as to whether or not I'll be able to use it.

Payment varies; From $5-$10 per article (depending on site income for the month) OR a copy of one of the books on the Order Form. I'll also include a lengthy bio and url if you'd like.
